Cable management for underground MV Collector

ITS performed the cable management for the medium voltage underground collector for the 4 phases of the Buffalo Atlee Wind Project. This work included organizing and managing the client supplied reels in the lay down, transporting reels to the work front, installing cables with a protective sand bedding and marker tape, backfill and compaction of plow rip, and installation of cables into the turbine foundations. ITS was able to provide additional value to the client by bringing our Telecommunications team to install the fiber optic cable with our jetting equipment.
